1. About TopFit Ventures

TopFit Ventures Nigeria Limited is a hospitality and lifestyle company offering hotel accommodation, professional gym and fitness services, restaurant services, bar, lounge and grill services, club and nightlife experiences, indoor and outdoor catering, and event planning services.

Our services, facilities, prices, availability, and operating arrangements may change from time to time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Reservations

Hotel rooms and other services are subject to availability.

When making a booking, customers are expected to provide accurate and complete information, including their name, contact details, booking dates, number of guests, and any other information required to process the reservation.

A booking is considered confirmed only when TopFit Ventures has confirmed the reservation and any required payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for checking their booking details before completing payment.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Guests are required to comply with the hotel’s stated check-in and check-out times.

Valid identification may be required during check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on room availability and may attract additional charges.

Failure to check out at the required time without prior approval may result in additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the hotel’s facilities, staff, other guests, and property with respect.

Customers may be held responsible for damage, loss, or destruction of hotel property caused by them or by persons under their responsibility.

TopFit Ventures reserves the right to charge reasonable costs for damages or losses caused by a guest.

5. Hotel Rules & Conduct

Guests must comply with all applicable hotel rules and Nigerian laws while using our premises and services.

TopFit Ventures reserves the right to refuse or terminate a guest’s stay where there is serious misconduct, unlawful activity, violence, harassment, deliberate property damage, or conduct that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.

6. Payments

Customers agree to pay the applicable price for the service selected.

Prices may vary depending on room type, dates, packages, events, catering requirements, or other services requested.

All payments must be made through the approved payment channels provided by TopFit Ventures.

Customers should retain proof of payment where applicable.

7. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO TOPFIT VENTURES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a customer makes a payment for a room booking, catering service, event planning service, gym service, reservation, or any other service offered by TopFit Ventures, the payment is not refundable.

This No-Refund Policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans

• Failure to travel

• Change of personal circumstances

• Failure to attend an event

• Late cancellation

• Early departure from the hotel

• Failure to use a service after payment

• Incorrect booking made by the customer

Customers are therefore strongly advised to confirm their booking details, dates, service requirements, and availability before making payment.

Where TopFit Ventures voluntarily agrees to change a booking or service arrangement, such change does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any approved adjustment, transfer, rescheduling, or credit will be entirely subject to TopFit Ventures’ discretion and applicable booking terms.

By making payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts this No-Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any refund or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

8. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change a booking, including dates, room type, number of guests, catering requirements, or event arrangements, should be communicated to TopFit Ventures as early as possible.

Any change is subject to availability and approval.

Additional charges may apply where the requested change results in an increase in the cost of the service.

A change to a booking does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

9. Catering & Event Planning

For catering and event planning services, customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the event, including the date, venue, number of guests, menu requirements, timing, and other relevant details.

Final arrangements should be confirmed before the event.

Once payment has been made, the payment remains non-refundable in accordance with our No-Refund Policy.

Any additional services, guest numbers, menu changes, venue requirements, or special requests may attract additional charges.

10. Gym Services

Customers using the TopFit Professional Gym must follow all gym rules and instructions provided by management or staff.

Customers are responsible for using gym equipment properly and safely.

TopFit Ventures is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe conduct, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Gym memberships, passes, or payments are subject to the applicable terms communicated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Bar, Lounge, Grill & Club

Guests using our bar, lounge, grill, and club facilities are expected to behave responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and house rules.

TopFit Ventures reserves the right to refuse entry or service where necessary for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Prices and availability of food, drinks, entertainment, and other services may change without prior notice.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while using TopFit Ventures’ facilities.

We encourage guests to keep valuables secure and report any lost or missing items to management promptly.

Where appropriate, TopFit Ventures may assist guests in locating lost property, but cannot guarantee recovery.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, photographs, descriptions, prices, room features, menus, services, operating hours, and availability may change from time to time.

Website content should not be considered a guarantee that a particular facility, room, menu item, service, or feature will always be available.

TopFit Ventures is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
